1. Production Lead Time
Custom 3D Printed Products
Renderings will be delivered within 48 hours upon order confirmation. Production lead time: 10–15 working days.
Custom Acrylic & Fabric Products (Fridge Magnets, Standees, Keychains, Pen Holders, Throw Pillows, Tote Bags, etc.)
Production lead time: 3–5 working days.
Rules for Mixed Orders
Cute Me 3D figurines are hand-painted one by one by professional artisans with a production cycle of 10–15 working days. To improve your shopping experience, all other non-3D customized items in the same order will be shipped in advance separately.
2. Delivery Lead Time
After all products are ready for shipment: 7–15 working days for delivery within the United States.
3. Shipping Rates (U.S. Destinations)
✅ Continental US (exclude Hawaii & Alaska):
- Order amount ≥ $50: Free Shipping
- Order amount ＜ $50**: Flat rate shipping at **$10
✅ Remote Areas (Hawaii & Alaska, all order amounts):
- Fixed flat shipping cost: $15
