All products in our store are custom personalized items and cannot be resold. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted for non-quality issues.

Our Cute Me 3D figurines require hand painting by professional designers piece by piece, with a production lead time of 10–15 working days. To optimize your shopping experience, any non-3D items ordered together will be shipped in advance separately.

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly made items due to our production errors, please provide clear photos or videos within 48 hours upon receipt. We will remake the products free of charge with no extra fees.

After-sales requests will not be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, poor image quality provided by the buyer, or delivery delays.
